Our professional staff are as good as they look.
Impeccably dressed in black uniforms, they are fully qualified in setting up, waiting and bartending, and do a thorough post-event cleanup. For cocktail parties we suggest one waiter per 20 guests; for sit-down dinners, one waiter per 15 guests. Please appreciate that there is a minimum 4 hour charge for staff.
